Is your baby crying? It is hard for any mum. It is natural for us to try to realize our baby’s suffering and find a way to comfort them. Sometimes this is easier and sometimes it is tough to control the situation. Studies suggest that most young babies cry for between one and four hours a day. 1. Hug them
Sometimes a hug is all it takes. Holding baby in hand or hug them with gentle also works great to soothe crying baby. It will feel slightly warm the baby and mothers too.
2. Sing
The sound of your voice may well be all it takes to calm your crying baby. Singing can also help calm your tired out nerves if your baby’s cries are affecting you distress. If you are not much of a singer? Reading a story or narrating whatever you like is helpful
3. Walk
Try giving your arms a rest by putting your baby in a baby carrier and taking them for a walk. There is something about the rhythm of walking that calms babies and mums similarly.
4. Put them in a shaking chair
The regular movement of a shaking chair that can really help calm your baby. When you are done you will see the difference to calming.
5. Drive
It is hoping that a turn in the car will calm your baby and off to sleep. While driving, baby feels better because baby feels like he/she in the cradle. Now you think that it is also works for elders, maybe with you!
6. Let them suck the baby toys
Babies are used to sucking. Studies show that in the early days, baby toys like teethers don’t have any permanent negative effects on your baby’s teeth or talking.
7. Let somebody take over
Sometimes it is time to let someone else take over for a little while. It is best to walk away and gather yourself before coming back and starting again.
8. Cover with clothe
If you decide to cover your baby in clothe, don’t cover their head and use only thin material, such as cotton.
9. Change the rooms
A change of section can really help when it comes to relaxing your baby. Try to move baby to another room in the house. A new location can work wonders.
10. Dim/turn off the lights
Sometimes your baby needs a slightly more relaxing atmosphere. Try dimming or turning off the lights completely to see if this helps babies to relax.
11. Finally don’t give up
If your baby cries a lot then it can be tense, but trust that it will get well and you will find a way to calm them. Get support from your partner and other family members. If you need a break, remember it’s OK to walk away for a few minutes before starting again.
