When you may notice that “thighs” that look heavy is basically the beauty of your body at a healthy weight. It is really important that you appreciate and admit yourself where you are at now. Realize that nobody is perfect. Perfect is boring.

You have a beautiful baby to show for it, try to see these things as a mark of honor. Having the strength to carry a child in your body for nine months, and deliver that child, is a great evidence to your power and skills.

7. Women and Daughters

Women in their 50s and 60s are often stronger than their daughters in their 30s. I’ve often doubted if this is not because they have assumed life’s sufferings over the progress of their lives, and allowed it to obvious into physical strength.
