You have a beautiful baby to show for it, try to see these things as a mark of honor. Having the strength to carry a child in your body for nine months, and deliver that child, is a great evidence to your power and skills.

Women in their 50s and 60s are often stronger than their daughters in their 30s. I’ve often doubted if this is not because they have assumed life’s sufferings over the progress of their lives, and allowed it to obvious into physical strength.
