Ingredients:
Butter 100 gm
sugar 1/2 cup
egg 1
flour 1 cup
baking powder 3/4 tsp
strawberry essence 1 tsp
milk 2 Tb sp
food color of your choice few drops
Method:
In a bowl, beat butter, sugar, strawberry essence, when it became creamy add egg, mix well, add flour and baking powder, mix well, if mixture is thick add milk.
Now divide the mixture into small bowls, add food colors.
Preheat sandwich maker for 5 minutes ,greased with little oil. Pour 2 Tbsp plain mixture and 2 Tbsp of pink mixture with toothpick mix both mixture lightly (for just effect of marble ) now bake them for 8 -5 minutes. Now Cake in a Sandwich Maker recipe for kids is ready for serve.
