Ingredients:

– Boneless Chicken ½ kg (cut into 1 inch cubes)
– 1 Capsicum (Shimla Mirch) (Cut into small squares)
– Oil ½ cup
– 1 Onion (Cut into small squares)
– 1 Egg
– Garlic paste 1 teaspoon
– 2 Tomatoes (Chopped)
– 4 Green chilies (Chopped)
– Red chili powder 1 teaspoon
– Chili sauce 2 teaspoon
– Black pepper ½ teaspoon  (crushed)
– Coriander (Dhaniya) leaves 2 tablespoon (Chopped)
– Ketchup 2 teaspoon
– Salt 1 teaspoon

Method:

First Marinate chicken cubes with salt, black pepper, chili powder, ketchup and chili sauce for 30 minutes.

Fry garlic paste with tomatoes for 5 minutes. Add marinated chicken, cook till chicken is prepared and oil starts to float.

In a frying pan heat oil, fry cubed capsicum (Shimla mirch) and onion for 2 minutes till little bit soft.

Beat eggs with a touch of salt and pepper, fry and cut in cubes.

Add fried capsicum (Shimla mirch), omelet cubes and onion to cooked chicken.

Chicken Jalfrezi Recipe is now ready and garnish with chopped coriander and green chilies.
