There are numbers of sleep and relaxation training, it is depend on your baby which method is suitable for him/her. Do not strict with a technique that is not comfortable for your baby. Just follow and try a technique for one or two weeks, If it works fine, after 4-6 days you will be able to handle that technique with some better changes as you required.
